Kimberly Davidson, CNP
 flavorsome foodie + health activist-a

Kimberly Davidson graduated with Honors and as Valedictorian from the leading Toronto school of nutrition,The Institute of Holistic Nutrition. Now a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, Kimberly focuses on sustainable food production and education catering to everyday families who are trying to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
Coming from an artistic background, Kimberly loves being creative in the kitchen, adapting her own techniques to the many skills she learned in the Holistic Food Preparation classes offered at IHN as well as her Authentic Thai Cooking program in Chang Mai, Thailand. She began her nutrition career with Sprout Right, a nutrition consulting company specializing in pre and post natal care.  Kimberly began assisting with the Mommy Chef cooking classes for new parents, educating them on how to cook for their babies. Kimberly also runs cooking classes and camps focusing on nutrition for kids at various elementary schools in the Toronto area.
After losing both her parents at a very young age, Kimberly quickly realized the importance of health and how without it, you have nothing. Kimberly also strongly believes that access to healthy, nutritious food is everyone’s right, not a privilege, and therefore hopes to make healthy, nutritious food more available to those in need. That is why in the spring of 2012, Kimberly created Biking for Bellies is a fundraiser supporting low-income neighbourhood school meal-program. The team raised almost $8000 in their inaugural year!
