Kimmy, this video is brilliant! Thanks so much for letting us know about it ... I'll be passing it on, indeed! I've always been relatively active, but have found in the past years since I've had Kian (he's 9 now), I have been really sporadic in adhering to a consistent exercise plan. I'm 51 now (51!?*!) so consistency is even more important than ever. Since January, I've been back at the gym regularly and right now I'm training to do the Pentathlon des neiges with Simon and 3 others ... http://www.pentathlondesneiges.com/en/ I'll be skating for 6 kilometres! I'm very excited about this challenge! So, yes, all this to say, this video so perfectly explains how important exercise is and yes, we can all fit it into our daily lives. XO
